Tora Augestad

The Norwegian mezzo-soprano Tora Augestad has made her mark in many key venues in Europe. She has also collaborated closely with several leading directors and composers in musical theatre, including Christoph Marthaler and Beat Furrer. Together with pianist Trygve Brøske, Augestad will give a first performance of Furrer’s musical rendition of Dino Campana’s Canti della tenebra. The performance will be complemented by songs by Alban Berg, Viktor Ullmann and Robert Schumann. In collaboration with the National Museum.
